Europe: 2 to 4 days

Delivery to more than one address
If you'd like to send items to different addresses, you'll need to place
a separate order for each address. No personal information, except for
delivery address is included in 'other address' shipments.
Customer Guarantee
A refund can be requested within 30 days of purchasing the product.
This is a gesture that is extended unconditionally and without prejudice.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and any unfinished product
returned. Once confirmed your refund will be credited to your payment
card or a cheque sent to the address on the original invoice. The refund
will be for the full value of the set. Postage and packing costs cannot
be refunded.The offer is made without prejudice and in good faith. The
offer is only confirmed for an individual purchaser after consultation
and agreement by one of our accredited advisors or therapists.
How will my Credit Card be Billed?
All shipments originate from the UK and are sent direct to you from
the UK. Your credit card will be billed in the UK in GB Pounds Sterling
(as if you were in the UK purchasing in a shop). Your credit card statement
will show a debit in favour of Array International. If you are ordering
from outside of the UK the value of your order on your statement will
be converted into either Euros if ordering from within the EU, US Dollars
if ordering from the USA, or your local currency depending on your shipping
address and location. The exchange rate will be what ever is prevalent
by your credit card company apply at that time. Therefore the actual
price conversion will vary slightly depending on the current exchange
rate. Good news some days for sure.

Instead of having to manually place an order each month, you can choose
our convenient recurring order option called Autoship.
By choosing Autoship you instantly save money, even if you only plan

Returns Policy
